Coach Natalie Ruechel brings years of Division I coaching experience in pitching development, recruiting and sports performance training. Ruechel most recently served as the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Appalachian State where she developed multiple top-10 career record holders and helped athletes achieve academic and athletic milestones.
Before joining BSF, Ruechel worked with OGX where she furthered her data and tech-based approach to coaching.
Now leading the Fastpitch program at BSF, Ruechel combines her deep understanding of collegiate coaching demands and her passion for long-term player development.

Training Style
B.S.F. Softball Pitching & Overhand Throwing Performance is a semi-private training program tailored for softball pitchers and position players with high throwing demands. Delivered in a supervised group environment, each athlete’s plan is built around their unique needs and goals—designed to help them understand their current limitations and optimize their performance.

This type of training builds college level habits to prepare you to compete at your current level, develop to get recruited and get you ready for competition.

Our flexible training model allows athletes to train up to 6x per week, choosing sessions that best fit their schedule—maximizing both consistency and effectiveness.
