Saturday Training
The training on Saturday is for ALL levels of girls flag football where athletes will learn all the basics of QB, WR and DB/LB in preparation for the upcoming 2025 season. Athletes will also be taken into the whiteboard workshop to understand offensive pass concepts and defensive strategies to help them understand the x’s and o’s of football.
