Softball Hitting Academy
Overview
The Softball Hitting Academy is designed to allow a player to develop and understand not just her hitting approach mechanically, but all aspects of her offensive game. Each week, players will focus on situational hitting and baserunning on the field and age specific hitting mechanics in the cages. This will be coupled with sports performance, teaching players how to move better relevant to hitting.

- Academy is focused on proper preparation, biomechanics, and situation hitting.
- Sports Performance training
- On-Field Situational Hitting and with other offensive instruction such as baserunning!
Formats:
- 40 minutes in-cage hitting instruction and mechanics with BJES Staff
- 40 minutes on-field hitting experience including baserunning
- 40 minutes sports performance training focused on proper hitting movement
Ages:
10-14 years old
When:
Tuesdays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Dates:
October 24th – December 19th (8 weeks)
Off October 31st (Halloween)
Price: $345 ($310.50 for BJES Member)
