Overview
This camp will go over proper throwing warmups/techniques, throwing mechanics, and take-home drills for athletes to complete from their home.
Each training session will be divided into three sections: full-body warmup, throwing program and weight training session. During the throwing program, athletes will learn how to warm up their arms, use weighted balls correctly, perform mechanical work and practice throwing for the day. The weight training session will cover an introduction to the weight room through med-ball work and speed and strength training.
Details
Sessions run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-6:30. Athletes can choose one session per week to attend. If an athlete would like additional training, they must register for an additional weekly session.
