Advanced Softball Hitting Academy

Calling all hitters and slappers! Get ready for the spring season by sharping your offensive game. From small ball on the right and left side to power hitting for our righty’s along with power slapping for our lefty’s: break down your swing and understand how to use all your power offensively during this 8-week hitting course. We will work from the ground up and review the small details of hitting and slapping, while going over your swing using video analytics. This course is for hitters of all levels as we will progress through eight weeks of mechanics, mental approach, and strength.

This course will be instructed by Coach Mary Connolly and Coach Megan Coronado. Both coaches instructing this course are former DI All-Americans from DePaul University, and both coached at the Division I collegiate level.
