Advanced Softball Defense Academy

From throwing mechanics, to infield and outfield skills. This 8-week defensive course will get you ready to play wherever your team needs you. You will be coached on proper throwing mechanics, understanding angles, and confidently attacking a ground ball in the infield. Outfield skills will include learning how to stay behind a pop-up, drop stepping with confidence, and how to read angles as soon as a ball is hit. Every athlete should understand how to play BOTH infield and outfield to give themselves that much more of an opportunity to compete on the field at every level.

This course will be instructed by our elite female coaches, Coach Mary Connolly and Coach Megan Coronado. Both coaches instructing this course are former DI All-Americans from DePaul University, and both coached at the collegiate level.
